Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times
We ship internationally from our fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times to the United States are typically 10-20 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Delays
Occasionally shipping delays occur due to factors outside our control including customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand periods. If your order has not arrived within 30 days please contact us at contact@millcraftsupply.com and we will make it right.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us immediately at contact@millcraftsupply.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
